Lenten Family Fast in aid of CAFOD The collection came to £858.83. Sincerest thanks.
Thanks to the Ladies Guild and all who attended the very successful St.David's Day Coffee Morning. £375 was raised for kitchen equipment.
"Thank you" to - Parish Angels, First Holy Communion Group and Parish Doves for participating in Mass on 1st March. Also to Elizabeth and the helpers for preparing the children and the parents for bringing them to Groups every Wednesday.
A big thank you to Phoebe & Charlie for decorating 80 Mothers Day cards these together with a bunch of daffodils were given to every lady present at Mass. The remainder were given to the Parish Ladies Guild on Mothering Sunday. The sale of Easter cards, produced by the same 2 children!, raised £33.70 for Wallich Clifford - more cards now on sale.
Pastoral Advisory Council: Congratulations to Mr.Paul Lindsay, the new chairman. The next meeting will be on Thursday 24th April in St.Cadoc.
Fun Race Evening - 11th April We are looking for 7 sponsors of races (£25), and there are a lot of horses for sale at the bargain rate of £5. Tickets available from this weekend: £3 adults; £1 children. Bring and share supper. Bar.

PRAYERS
Please pray for the repose of the soul of WILLIAM PAYNTER, the husband of Margaret Paynter, formerly of Fitzhamon, Llantwit Major,, who died last Monday in Maes Gwyn Hospital. His funeral service will be this Tuesday at 2.30 p.m. in Our Lady & St.Illtyd, following by interment at Boverton Cemetery at 3.30 p.m. May he rest in peace. Amen.
