Mass and Tea organised by Ladies Guild and S.V.P. takes place on the Feast of St.Peter & St.Paul, 29th June in St.Cadoc at 2.30 pm.  All are invited but we would especially welcome the elderly, the infirm and the bereaved.

Parish coach trip to Broadway Village and Stanway House, Cotswolds.  Wednesday 1st August 2007, departure Llantwit Major and Cowbridge.  £19.50 includes coach, private tour and afternoon tea at Stanway House (an historic Jacobean House).    If you are interested, reserve your places - numbers are limited.  Names and payment to Margaret Hughes 774212 a.s.a.p.

 

Royal Doulton experts, John & Bettie Hatcher Tuesday 3rd July - 8pm - Cowbridge Lesser Hall.  Join us for an interesting evening followed by a light supper.  £5 payable at the door - if you have a small ceramic item you would like valued please bring it along.  All parishioners welcome!

Hendrewennol – Fun Day  Advanced notice: 23rd September - Fun Day at Hendrewennol.  We want to provide stalls, games, food & drink, music and any other attraction we can think of in the meantime.  We need volunteers to help in the organisation and to let us have suggestions for events.  See poster and/or contact a member of the Admin Committee.

Christmas Market  to be held in Cowbridge on 15th December.  Just a reminder for any parishioners who are making items for the market, so they can plan their work.

Joseph and his technicolour dreamcoat performed by St. Richard Gwyn RC High School on July 5th & 6th at 7.30 pm.  Tickets are £4, £3 for concessions, or a family ticket for £10. Seats are limited so buy early and avoid disappointment.  Tickets on sale from the Church or from the school.  The school SVP group are organising a trip to the afternoon dress rehearsal at 1.30 pm on July 4th with light refreshments provided.  If you would like to join them in the afternoon, please contact the chaplain Mrs Price on 01446 729250 or via the priests. Transport can be arranged.
